At Ibex, we take great pride in the way we manage quality on site and we have built a solid reputation based on the end results of our projects. We wish to not only maintain this reputation, but to better it.
In order to ensure consistency and to raise the bar in terms of standards, we have formulated the Ibex ‘istandard Department’.

 

Ibex have founded its reputation by consistently delivering high quality installations, achieved by adopting a philosophy built on proven management systems and procedures which are focused on delivering project quality, zero defects and complete client satisfaction. Our quality management system is registered and approved under ISO9001:2008. We call it the "10 Keys Approach".


Every project is subjected to our own internal Quality Audit, a rigorous procedure that provides detailed benchmarking for the performance of the company, individuals and our supply chain. This process is managed by our Quality Manager and his team.

The most telling audit is that provided by the client and their level of satisfaction. We take a proactive approach to obtaining feedback and conduct post contract interviews where our performance is scored and client satisfaction measured.
