Ibex has successfully completed a £25 Million project for Westfield Shopping Centers to fit-out the luxury Village of the recently completed £1.7 Billion shopping mall in West London. Working as a separate package contractor within the main contract, our scope of works included the installation of structural glass, terrazzo flooring, chandeliers, feature ceilings and all M&E services within the main customer areas but not including the individual shops. Keith Whitmore, Westfield Director of Design recently commented on the approach to the construction procurement ‘ I think it is about employing a specialist supply chain which has the flexibility to work with you’ (Construction News).
