This project called for the complete fit out (from Cat A) of 5 floors totalling 23,500 sq.ft to a high specification. Works comprised of open plan and cellular office space, comms room, staff restaurant and servery, gymnasium, shower rooms, training and meeting rooms with video conferencing facilities and installation of training bars. The site logistics were difficult. The location of the building in a busy London square surrounded by residential properties and associated parking restrictions made co-ordination of materials in and out of the building particularly difficult. Care was taken to ensure that no disruption was caused to the occupants of neighbouring properties and members of the public. Ibex employed and managed scopes of work usually undertaken direct by the client namely: furniture installation, Cat 6 cabling, audiovisual installation, access control installation, CCTV and the move company. Having control of these contractors ensured a successful project and a seamless relocation of the their staff.
