The refurbishment and fit-out work of an existing warehouse for Envisage Group.
The works consisted of the formation of studios where clay models of cars can be viewed by the design management of their organisation to define the styling and modeling of future cars on our roads. Four studios were formed in total, complete with 6 meter+ high walling and ceilings and the provision of lighting levels up to 1000 lux. A street scene for the clay models to stand in, was also provided.
Additionally, we carried out works to refurbish the existing toilets, remodeled the reception of the building and increased the size of the comms room whilst maintaining the service to the occupants within the office.
The office space remained in occupation for the duration of the works.
