The refurbished ‘Chairman's wing' for the company's chairman and staff comprised the creation of new air conditioned offices, reception and international standard conference facilities. The scheme included the use of high quality ceramics, extensive hand crafted, veneered joinery, domed ceilings, imported stone tiling and board room carpets.
Services included a complete new mechanical and electrical installation and the installation of a bespoke AV system. Works included an initial phase, creating a temporary reception and alternative office entrance for the client prior to commencing the main works.
All works were undertaken with particular regard to logistics of working in a multi-storey occupied building, working with the building management team to ensure minimum disruption to existing tenants.
