As part of Network Rail’s branded office development programme, Ibex competitively secured the Cat B fit-out project for new offices at Callaghan Square in Cardiff. Callaghan Square at the time of the fit-out was a newly constructed office development near the heart of Cardiff and was occupied on the 6th floor with tenants, with other fit-out works being excavated on floor levels 3 and 4.

The works comprised services modifications to convert from Cat A to Cat B fit-out, underfloor data, dry wall and glazed partitions, the creation of a new reception area, specialist joinery and tea stations, ceiling modifications and new floor finishes, bespoke signage, a movable wall installation and final decorative finishes and white goods.
