The works involved the partial stripout of an existing Cat B fitout, to enable the existing floor layout to be remodelled, creating a new reception and cafe area. The relocation of the existing demountable partitioning was also required to create conference and training facilities with a full audio visual system. There were modifications to the mechanical and electrical installation, including works to the comms room.
