This project formed part of the pilot scheme for UCB’s Head Quarters in Slough.
Through appointment of an Ibex Manager to act as client liaison, the works were completed to a high standard with the minimum of disruption to the incumbent staff.  
Works were undertaken out of hours over three phases, with the client in occupation on the floor.

The work consisted of:
- Upgrades to the air conditioning system
- Modifications to the low level power/ data and fire alarms
- Strip out of existing offices
- Forming new open plan office space with new meeting rooms, vending point and break out area.
