The project at 8-9 Berkeley Street comprised the refurbishment of the building’s reception area, common area staircases and an overhaul of the lift.  An initial strip out of the existing finishes was undertaken in preparation for the new fit-out which included a glazed entrance screen and door to the reception along with tiled floors and stone clad walls.
In the staircase area, the metal lift core was spray painted and the stair walls were wallpapered. New carpets were also laid to both staircases’ treads and risers and landings were tiled to match the reception floor.

Office entrance doors off the main staircase running from basement to 7th floor were also replaced with high quality veneered doors and screens.
Finally the lift finishes were renewed with the landing doors and architraves also receiving an overhaul.
The project was generally undertaken out of hours, in the evenings and on weekends as the building was occupied throughout the project duration during the normal working week.
