The Cat A fit-out was undertaken by Ibex Special Works in a four storey office block in Covent Garden, London included all of the 4th & 3rd floors and part of the 2nd  floor. In addition to these works, the common parts of the building including the WC’s and the reception were also upgraded and refurbished whilst the building remained in occupation.

The works comprised the removal of an internal fire escape staircase from ground to 3rd floors, the repair to the offices following the removal of the old finishes to those floors (some occupied). These works also included the formation of new openings in the party wall to gain access through to the adjoining properties staircase. Existing roof lights ware replaced on the 3rd floor and new windows were also installed to all floors.  In regards to the Electrical services, this included the installation of power and data under the h/w floor and new lighting. For the Mechanical, the installation included wall mounted fan coil units. Finally, the finishings included new hardwood flooring, dry lining and decorations throughout.

The project was finished to a high standard and was handed over snag free upon completion. The architect commented, “Might I add, that Chris did an excellent job throughout the project and was very particular about ensuring the works were done to a very good standard”
