The works at 55 Bishopsgate entailed the full refurbishment of the existing reception and ground floor toilet areas. The works also entailed the replacement of the existing chillers on the roof.
The programme for these works were 33 weeks due to works being carried out while a live reception area was maintained.

The refurbishment works were carried out, by installing a temporary tunnel within the reception area, which allowed the tenants to use the space safely and at all times.
The works involved the full strip out of the existing finishes and the removal of the first floor walkway. Also the existing frontage to the building was removed.
The new fit out consisted of a new portal glass entrance and a new modern looking reception area containing back painted glass walls.
