The works comprised of the strip of the former A and Z Banks London HQ and returning it to lettable CAT A Space on 4 floors of Minerva House. A full strip out including raised floors, cellular office space, existing Lytag screed, suspended ceilings, and full mechanical and electrical works, all carried out whilst being sympathetic to the tenants occupying the others floors of the building and the adjacent residential block.
