This project comprised the fit-out of Cat A office space on the 4th  & 5th floors to an occupied five storey office block on Piccadilly, London. This also incorporated works to the ground floor reception, lift lobbies on these floors and lift cars which were also fully refurbished.

The office floors were stripped back to the base build, including the removal of all services to the existing toilet blocks. Following these works, new WC blocks were constructed and fitted out to a new layout which incorporate separate male and female WC’s together with shared shower facilities. New floor mounted versatemps were installed which utilised the recently installed base build plant on the roof.

In regards to the Mechanical, fresh air ventilation was installed and for the Electrical, we installed new distribution boards from which new “Zumtobel” lighting to the office areas was used and also new fire alarms linked back to landlord system and small power. The finishings incorporated new metal tiled ceilings and plasterboard bulkheads, secondary glazing and a raised floor and general decorations. Finally, in the receptions the flooring and matwell were replaced and feature radiators were installed.

This project was finished to an extremely high standard and was snag free upon completion.
