The fit-out works at Regents Place presents an opportunity for The British Land Company to provide enhanced facilities to better enable the management and marketing of the rapidly developing Regents Place Estate.

The project combined new front of house marketing facilities and offices, fitted out to a high standard including meeting rooms, toilets and breakout area.
Within the remainder of the space, there is a dedicated centralised  security centre and back of house staff facilities, including restrooms, locker rooms, showers etc, which will be used 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We have also installed a new shop front and a full mechanical and electrical scheme.
