Works comprised the upgrading of reception, WC’s on five floors and staircase of an occupied office block in the heart on Covent Garden.
A new feature ceiling was formed in reception and walls were clad with European oak and feature light boxes were installed. Flooring was replaced with Amtico and new lighting was installed.
In WC’s vanity units ,duct panelling, flooring and sanitary ware was all replaced.
New carpet was installed on staircase and this was decorated. All works were undertaken at weekends and evenings.
