The scope of works included the fit out of an 11 storey newly constructed building from Cat ‘A' to Cat ‘B' to create a university teaching facility. Within which we undertook extensive work to the ground floor to create a new mezzanine floor, and a two tear flexible lecture facility, café, disabled lift and reception.
Floors 1 to 11 were adapted to create mock operation theatres, classrooms and offices. We also upgraded and relocated the existing mechanical and electrical services to incorporate the newly designed space plan.
External works included new bin stores/compactor areas and works associated with connecting underground ducts to service routes within the buildings
