Fit out from Cat A to Cat B for in a new landmark office building at Cardinal Place. Works to the ninth floor included the construction of the cafe / restaurant area and the 'morning meeting room, which is a lecture theatre with high quality audio visual services and large bespoke curved tables. The remainder of the 9th floor were offices, which were part height plasterboard walls with high level glazing above, and glass front walls and doors.
Works to the 8th floor included new high specification toilet area and the main reception area along with the formation of offices.
