The works involve the fit-out from an existing Cat A installation, level 5 and 6 of 150 Cheapside.
On both floors the construction of solid plasterboard partitions create a number of internal offices, meeting room and quiet rooms, the fronts of which are finished with full height glazing and glass doors. Both floor have Comms rooms where stand alone mechanical cooling was installed, outdoor plant located on the roof was required to support this equipment, roof top plant was taken to the roof by internal good lift.
High-level mechanical and electrical modifications were required to suit the new layout and client requirements.
On level 6 client facing reception and meeting rooms were constructed, these rooms will receive a higher level of finishes, timber and fabric paneling, stone and timber flooring and bespoke ceilings, A/V and specialist lighting will also be installed.
Soft flooring and decorations were applied throughout both levels.
