The fitting out of an occupied 5-storey clearing bank for Euroclear. This involved a high level of acoustic office cellurisation with glass fronts, dry line cross walls and cellular glass
meeting pods.
Adaptions to the existing raised floors, suspended ceilings and finishes. Included in the finishes were new Maple joinery, decorations and new carpet with boarders and room coordination. Major modifications to the existing M&E installation to suit the new layout, including 50% improvement of floor sited FCU's and new luminaires throughout.
Complete Cat 6 cabling to all floors with a general rationalisation of the 2nd floor and comms room. New automatic sliding doors and hand reader security system, light sensors and controls fitted throughout. Works were carried out with client occupation and phased over five floors to keep all meeting rooms and main reception operational.
