This project involved the fitting out from Cat A of approximately 30,000 sq.ft of office space over 5 levels of Building 900 The Hub.
The works were carried out over a phased programme with level 4 being a key section as it allowed the ICAEW to vacate their existing offices. The majority of the area provides for open plan office space on floors 2 to 4 and incorporates a small degree of compartmentalisation to the perimeter of the floors through the use of solid and glazed partitions.
The ground floor comprises a post room and main lift lobby area.
A bespoke reception desk and credenza in conjunction with a partially tiled floor also provided for a high quality finish in the area.
