This £12 million contract was conducted over a 68-week period.Ibex transformed the company’s financial trading house in Gresham Street to provide a state-of-the-art facility that will include new open plan offices, suites of meeting rooms, an auditorium for 100 people, recreational and restaurant facilities all to the highest specification.
The eight-storey building remained occupied throughout and the work was staged in thirteen phases.
