A high quality fit-out within Plantation Place, the project was carried out over 55,000sqft, representing one of the single largest floor areas within the City of London. Whilst the works were ongoing the construction period was completed within an agreed 28 week programme including the client's own fit-out.
The floor plate was taken from a “Shell and Core” status, the project included a full fit-out of services, ceilings raised floors, partitions, specialist joinery and catering fit-out as well as a number of other high quality finishes to represent a client of such standing and his goal to be “the best fit-out in the building”
The works were carried out within a fully occupied building, this means that the logistics were carefully considered both for deliveries and noisy works, each of these considerations were successfully addressed.
The works were procured via a two stage tender route with the client’s professional team.
