The project for this Government Client operating in the education sector, involved the refurbishment of their existing building on the University of Warwick Science Park in Coventry.
The Client vacated the building during the works, leaving Ibex with a vacant building to work in.
The works carried over the two floor levels of the building comprised the full strip out of the existing finishes back to the structure and then the installation of new services and finishes throughout. This involved services below the existing raised floor and in the ceiling,new tile and grid ceilings, dry wall and glass partitioning, joinery benching and storage units, decorations, soft floor finishes and blinds.
Included within the programme for the works were the Client furniture installations, where we were responsible for desk management services, working with the Client’s appointed supplier.
The existing toilets on both ground and first floor were refurbished in full, including services, tile and grid ceilings and fully tiled floors and walls.
The main Reception of the building was also refreshed and incorporated ceramic floor tiling, feature ceiling, new reception desk and feature lighting.
