| The internal refurbishment of an existing office building, with works being carried out primarily on the Ground and Fourth floor, some works were undertaken in the Basement.
The areas refurbished totalled approximately 25,000sq.ft. The works included strip out back to shell and the fit-out to Cat 'B' to create new offices, meeting rooms, teapoints, executive shower rooms, breakout areas and main reception.
The building was occupied for the duration of the project with much work being executed out of hours.
