After securing the Phase 4 fitting out works in 2005 on a competitive basis, Ibex carried out a further 5 phases of work for the client, over a period of 24 months, procuring the work on a negotiated basis, which included new services installations, dry wall partitions, glazed screens, new ceilings and floor finishes, decorations and the progressive refurbishment of toilets at all levels. The final phase of work (phase10) involved refurbishment of the main entrance to the building.
