The refurbishment of the food and catering facilities within the exhibition hall comprising asbestos removal, demobilisation, new services installations, baffle and traditional ceilings, hard wall and floor tiling, soft flooring, decorations, signage, security installations, catering installations including cold rooms and specialist furniture.
The programme for this project was fixed with no scope for movement due to the opening of the Autumn Fair. Not only did Ibex achieve the rigid programme dates, but we did this within the original budget.
Due to the success of this project Ibex Interiors received additional works during the contract period that was valued at £221K
