Ibex carried out this fast track fit-out in the landmark building in Milton Keynes, which is located above the main station concourse.
Presenting the logistical challenge of serving a floor plate that was in excess of 160 meters long, the programme period itself was the main Client deliverable on the project, so to satisfy the requirement to accommodate over 200 No Staff transferring from other Client locations, due to lease break considerations.

The programme period of 6 weeks was also to accommodate the Client direct trades of furniture, AV and IT installations, signage and specialist water surveys.
The works comprised of shipping out of existing electrical services throughout, together with the removal of walls, partitions and floor finishes.

New work installations involved new electrical services, mechanical  services modifications, the construction of 2 no. Comms Rooms, new office partitioning with glazed frontages, tea and copy point, joinery, break out and leisure areas, toilet refurbishments, decorations, blinds and carpet tiles.
