This project was awarded in two phases, the first phase consisted of the soft strip and enabling works, over six floors of office space at Enterprise House for Network Rail. 
The building had been left in disrepair for nine years, works included for the removal of two lifts in their entirety, all existing mechanical and electrical, plant and internal walls and finishes.
The second phase of the project was the fit-out which consisted of:

- Scaffold of the entire envelope to allow for the restoration of the existing facade and the replacement / refurbishment of the existing windows
- Demolition of the existing Atrium light.
- Structural in-fills to the existing light well to increase the current floor area to levels four and five.
- New roof covering
- Installation of new plant at roof level and two new lift cars
- New reception and toilet cores
- Installation of all new services
- New in laid ceiling system and raised flooring
- Break out areas
- Landscaping
