Ibex have been appointed to complete five re-fits of existing Job Centres for Trillium Property Services across Greater London (Enfield, Barking, Tottenham, Forest Hill and Poole).
To be completed concurrently during September for handover in late October, the scope of works includes complete strip out of front and back of house within each of the Job Centres offices including new MEP services and adaptations.
Alot of the work will be done whilst the offices remain open, which will require careful planning to avoid any disruption.
