Brentwood
The Works formed part of the British Telecommunications plc national Rationalisation strategy, and was designed to facilitate the vacation works to the existing BT Horsham.
Works comprised of refurbishment works to the 2nd floor of BT Brentwood House and installation of Hothouses 1 and 2 in an occupied building.

Holborn
Ibex transformed the Cat A status to Cat B with new facilities that included new open plan offices, meeting rooms, reception, communication rooms, tea-points and break out area.

Judd Street
This project comprised the fit-out of Cat B office space in two phases on the second & ground floors to an occupied office block in the Kings Cross area.
