A very high quality fitting out project designed to reflect this prestigious and professional status of this major expanding American International law firm, located on levels 14, 15, 16 and 19 of this Landmark 42 storey London building.


The offices were built from a Landlord Cat A, including adaptations to the air conditioning, sprinklers, fire alarms and public health services. New installations for services were lighting, audio visual Cat 6 data cabling, small power, comms room fire suppression, UPS and additional air conditioning plant for meeting rooms and comms room, fire suppression, UPS and additional air conditioning plant for meeting rooms and comms room.


Offices were constructed with drywall cross walls with beech veneer doorsets and solid timber and glass front screens to match the new fixed furniture. The project involved provision of cellularised office space, meeting rooms, boardroom, tea points, library, comms closets and a new comms room. Works were undertaken in 6 phases, some with the client in occupation therefore minimal disruption had to be ensured to their day-to-day operations.
