The fit-out of offices to the lower ground floor area for an International Law Firm at 65 Fleet Street, London.
Works comprised the strip out of the existing partitions, ceilings, raised floors, services back to base build and a complete fit-out to provide four large conference rooms and four smaller meeting rooms, with a commercial kitchen.
The fit-out comprised all new M&E services; a very high spec AV install; partitions with a high acoustic quality; sliding folding walls; minor structural alterations; fabric panel /feature walls; automated blackout blinds; new raised flooring; full commercial kitchen facility with Altro Whiterock wall cladding and complete redecoration.
