The works on this project comprised the fit out from shell and core to basement, ground and floors 1-3. The project is to create a range of meeting rooms and break out areas creating a largely open-plan working environment with some managerial office space. The 'front of house' operations was a highly articulated client-facing area with some retail/restaurant/café operations being dovetailed therein.
