This project comprised 3 separate buildings, each requiring its own level of refurbishment and construction skills. Within Building 1 the ground, 2nd and 3rd floors were stripped of all existing finishes and services. Building 2, a 30,000sq.ft. single storey structure, required a substantial new plant platform over the roof covering approximately 10,000sq.ft. Building 3 essentially provides plant and supply support for Building 1 with the installation of new boilers, domestic cold water storage, air handling units, kitchen extract plant, chillers, MMC control and distribution boards.
