The listed building was an extremely complex and rewarding project. The M&E requirement was a complete strip out reinstallation of a new system over the entire building, including the roof plant.

A new mansard was constructed to both front and rear.  A new staircase from Ground to Lower Ground on 2nd, 3rd & 4th, party walls, a new opening was formed to enable tenants to utilise both buildings.  New windows to rear and a complete overhaul of the mews to the rear.
