The works complete the full refurbishment of a prestigious listed property set in the heart of Mayfair.

The building, set over six floors is an extremely complex project owing to the limited refurbishment undertaken over the last 60 years. As such, the works include the complete strip out and installation of all M&E systems and Comms, commercial catering facilities, AV requirements and electrical substation.

The main roof and top floor was demolished and reconstructed, new slate mansard roofs were formed to both the front and rear elevations and a large roof light installed. The existing lift shaft was extended and 2 new lifts installed.

Internally the space usage was redefined to allow for impressive reception space including new glazed staircase, presentation areas, meeting and dining rooms and garden entertaining area.

The external facade of this listed building was refurbished and all existing period features such as leaded lights renovated.
