This project consisted of the construction and fit-out of four high specification concrete framed luxury houses with state of the art control systems and large swimming pools located in the basements. 
Houses one, two and three have passenger lifts serving the underground swimming pool level, ground, first and second floors.
All 22 bathrooms are fitted out to a very high standard with both mosaic and marble finishes and bespoke joinery units, including ten WC’s.
The kitchens again have been completed to a very high standard which includes the fitting of Gaggenau appliances. 
The stairs and landings have all been finished with a marble floor and the balustrades are bespoke painted steel with polished chrome feature handrails. 
Externally the houses are clad in Portuguese limestone and all windows doors and sundry metal finishes are powder coated to ensure a crisp clean finish. 
The large basement swimming pools are finished in a Bizzaza mosaics with Crambourne stone surrounds, galleys and the area includes steam rooms, saunas and gymnasiums.
