The development is approximately 117,453 sq ft located on the site of an old dairy which was demolished to build the new 15 story block.  the Ground Floor has 2 Commercial Units (still to be let), Level’s 15 / 11 and 5 have roof top communal areas with views over the Canary Wharf , the docklands and the Olympic Village in Stratford.

Works involved demolishing the old dairy, piling new foundations for the proposed site, forming the  Building structure which is a concrete frame with a steel framework between the floors, a cement board is then fixed to this which is then insulated externally and finished with a weatherproof render, internally the caverity is then insulated as well and then drywall fixed to the steels forming the internal walls.

All floors have drywall partition walls and ceilings, laminate wood floors are installed in the hall and lounge areas with carpets to the bedrooms, all bathrooms and en-suite shower rooms are fully tiled and each flat has a fully fitted kitchen which includes oven, hob, micro wave, fridge freezer, washer / dryer and dishwasher.
