Following on from the successful execution of the Ricoh Arena project for ACL, Ibex negotiated a further £780K of work to undertake the atrium project on the same site.
The works, which were at the main entrance to the Arena were procured under a design and build route. Works included the re-configuration of the front entrance to include a new feature canopy and steel link bridge at first floor level, the refurbishment of leisure and bar areas and the formation of 9 new bedrooms to supplement the current hotel facility within the Arena.
