Ibex Special Projects won this contract against strong market competition for this high profile and brand conscious Client, located in Covent Garden. The Cat B fit-out of four floors of an office block included the reception, main staircase and WC’s.
The works comprised the alterations to existing glass partitions, the installation of Oak flooring throughout and the provision of a kitchen and tea point. Existing data cabling was adapted and installed on exposed cable trays Concrete soffites were left exposed on three floors and a new metal tiled suspended ceiling was installed on fourth floor.
All floors had new or re-configured plasterboard bulkheads and new lighting. The building was decorated throughout.
