The fit-out and refurbishment of staff entrance and staff lockers facility area.

Works included the strip out of the ground floor and sub-basement levels back to structural shell, including ‘Iguazu’ bar/restaurant area.  Installation of a new reception and waiting area and refurbished related areas.  Replacement of mechanical and electrical services and installation of  new services to the WC and shower areas at sub-basement.

A " Yellow Box” entrance feature was installed to staff entrance at Edward Mews façade. The provision of new locker area comprising of approximately 4000 lockers in accordance with the architects design.

New male and female WC and shower areas in sub-basement with DDA provisions and changing facilities and fabrication and installation of display cabinets in the central area.

Supply and installation of replacement windows to the Edward Mews and Duke Street  elevations including entrances, shutters and lighting.
