The Project is the “Fit-Out” of the West Village area of the Westfield Shopping Centre in White City, London. The works are spread across 3 main floor areas (Ground, Mezzanine and First Floors) and 3 lift lobby areas; including a valet parking reception.

The contract comprises; the installation of the structural glass “shop fronts” which includes the 1250mm margin within the shop unit (Flooring and ceiling), the installation of the terrazzo flooring and ceilings within the main mall areas, the complete works within the amenities areas and, the installation of the lift lobby and valet parking reception area finishes.

The mechanical and electrical services within the above-described areas will be included within the scope of works and connected to the main buildings services at agreed points.

Access will be granted to the tenants shop-fitting contractors during the agreed contract period.
